We deliver quickly and safely throughout Romania.

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours from confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on the product and the customer's location.

ATTENTION In case of customs problems, the package may be delayed but you will be notified.

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.

In case of delays caused by the courier, NEXO Store RO cannot be held responsible, but we will do our best to help you.

You have 14 days to return the product.

The return can be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: without traces of use, in the original packaging.

After receiving the product and checking, you will receive the money back within 3-7 business days, in the bank account used for payment.
